You ask me, can a woman be a spiritual master? The answer is - yes and no. Yes, because spiritual maturity does not depend on the form in which one is born into this world. No, because as long as one identifies with this form, she or he cannot become a master. Thus, both the female and male form can "become" a master, while the woman and man identities cannot.
